Support families impacted by COVID-19
No one should have to choose between their child's education and their basic needs
No matter what you do, we know you’ve been impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak. And while we can’t stand hand in hand, we must still find ways come together to support those who have been hit hardest. Our families come from all walks of life. I’m sure you’ve read stories like theirs in the news: contracted workers, not eligible for unemployment, having hours suddenly slashed to nothing; single parents who lost their job and benefits in the same day; parents asked to work overtime in essential services who no longer have access to childcare. We want to ensure that our kids & our school stay strong & connected, so we’re calling on you to contribute today to our COVID-19 Tuition Hardship Grant. This fund will ensure that families impacted financially by the outbreak will be able to continue their enrollment at The Open School through this crisis.
Last year, this community pulled together to raise almost $4,000 for this fund, and it has sustained our families throughout the year. That fund is now depleted but the need still persists. We just need a little more to get through until summer. Please help today!
